We have an EXPANSIVE workout area. Actually...20,000 Square feet makes us the largest facility of it's kind in the South Hills !

The locker rooms are very nice and roomy. Of course...there are separate facilities for both men and women.

In addition to working out...you may also shop in our apparel and accessories store. Lot's of nice items here ! Our "Refueling Station" is a bar complete with healthy foods and drinks. Great place to unwind after the workout.
